About Tom Keefe

Tom Keefe brings three generations of Lake Geneva real-estate expertise—and a proven New York City sales pedigree—to the Keefe + Blay Real Estate Group at Compass. His family’s legacy began in 1943, building trust and excellence throughout the Geneva Lakes region. Tom cut his teeth in luxury residential brokerage at Corcoran in Manhattan before returning home to lead Keefe Real Estate—growing the firm strategically until its sale to Compass in 2021.

Now, alongside fellow Compass agent Shannon Blay, Tom co-leads the Keefe + Blay Real Estate Group with a clear mission: to deliver a trusted real-estate service that enriches lives and strengthens the communities we serve. In addition to guiding the team, Tom partners directly with clients on luxury homes, vacation-rental investments, new-development launches, and commercial property transactions. By combining rigorous, data-driven market analysis with a collaborative, concierge-style approach, Tom ensures every transaction—from listing a lakefront estate to acquiring your first rental—is seamless and rewarding.

As Owner of Geneva Lakes Vacations, Tom oversees high-end vacation rentals and boutique-hotel projects, giving him insider knowledge of what captivates both investors and leisure travelers. He also owns and operates commercial properties across the region, so he understands income-producing real estate from the ground up.

On a personal note, Tom and his wife Kat are proud residents of Williams Bay, where they live with their twin daughters, Lucy and Rose. He serves on the Visit Lake Geneva board and advises the Williams Bay School District, reflecting his commitment to the community. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Tom can often be found running, biking, golfing, or boating on the lake—anything that gets him outside enjoying the place he calls home.
